How do I export my container from GTM?

In Google Tag Manager, go to Admin → Export Container, choose the workspace you want to audit, and download the .json file. Upload that here.

Will this change anything in my GTM?

No. The export is a read-only snapshot. We never connect to your account or modify your container in any way.
